Chinatown is full of brothels. One of my favourite whoring areas. Not too many western guys around this area though, it is mainly Thai and Chinese.
There is a massage place (thai signage only) in Thanon Maitri Chit, about half way down towards July 22 Circle. Very good choice of girls, but no English spoken. Also a couple of more traditional knocking shops on the left of this road, just look for the girls hanging around outside doorways,
In July 22 Circle there are lots of freelancers hanging around normally, most of which are not even worth a second glance, also a couple more rough looking short-time hotels with girls hanging around outside.
This area is best during daylight hours, there is not much to do at night apart from eating shellfish and kareoke. No western bars to speak of.
Well worth a visit though, some of the girls are real diamonds!
Best choice for girls though is to be found at the north end of Soi Texas where it joins Thanon Charoen Krung. There is normally a good selection of girls here, some of which are gorgeous. Also hanging about outside the Family Mart by the telephones in Soi Texas. They don't speak English, but just discreetly show five fingers to indicate 500 baht and they will lead you off to a nearby short time place.
If your choice is more for Chinese girls, these tend to work the narrow passageways off Soi Texas and in the numerous hairdressers shops (of which almost all offer sex).
There is also the Texas Massage and an attached short time hotel just off Soi Texas in one of the passageways. This short-time hotel is the cleanest in the area and best to steer girls here if you can, some of the places can be really sleazy!
